NHL Betting: Wild vs Red Wings & Golden Knights vs Sabres

If your looking to find some value on betting lines tonight, look no further. It’s an action-packed day with 13 games on the schedule. Here are odds and our predictions for what should be two entertaining games.

Minnesota Wild (-190) @ Detroit Red Wings (+155)

The game between the Minnesota Wild and the Detroit Red Wings is shaping up to be a high-scoring affair. The Wild games have hit the over in 11 of the past 12 games, the stretch starting with a win over the Red Wings 7-4. This is because the goaltenders have struggled a ton stopping the puck but can still put the puck in the back of the net themselves.

Detroit has been a sneaky team this season and you could have made decent money betting on them throughout the year. But recently they have not been very good, allowing 10 goals in a loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs and nine goals vs the Arizona Coyotes. The Red Wings have lost three in a row and five of six while the Wild are looking to stay on the winning side of things. The Wild is the team to go with in this matchup, finding even better value in the puck line (+125) while it would be a shock if the over doesn’t hit for this game (O6.5 -115).

Vegas Golden Knights (-225) @ Buffalo Sabres (+185)

This should be a must-watch game as Jack Eichel is returning to face the Buffalo Sabres for the first time in Buffalo. It’s taken a little bit for him to get back up to speed after missing so much time, but the Vegas Golden Knights are still riddled with injuries which should make this game a lot closer. Watch for Eichel to do something special tonight and help lead the Golden Knights to victory. They definitely need the win more than the Sabres seeing as they are in a tight race in the west and missing the playoffs isn’t an option in Vegas.

The Golden Knights haven’t been playing the best hockey as of late, losing to the Arizona Coyotes and most recently the Philadelphia Flyers. The Sabres have won just two of the past 10 games and lost to the Golden Knights 5-2 when they visited them in early February. The Sabres allow a lot of goals but the Golden Knights have struggled to score, making the under for the game your best bet if you decide to play (U6.5 -120).
