NHL Betting: Kings vs Oilers Player Props – Kane, McDavid, Draisaitl – 05/08/22

The best player props for the Game 4 matchup between the Los Angeles Kings and the Edmonton Oilers as the series continues in Los Angeles. I’ve chosen to provide you with all Oilers’ player props since the team has scored 14 goals in the past two games compared to the Kings’ two.

Evander Kane – Anytime Goal-Scorer (Over 0.5, +140)

There isn’t a hotter goal-scorer in the playoffs right now than Evander Kane. He recorded the first hat trick of his playoff career in Game 3 and his second since joining the Oilers halfway through the season. He is now up to 27 goals in 46 games during the regular season and playoff combined.

He has been the most dominant on the top line and Connor McDavid just continues to feed him pucks. But Kane also got a little more time on the power play in the previous two blowouts and converted on one of the chances. His five goals through the first three games lead all playoff players and he’s done so in the past two games. It’s a no-brainer to continue to hammer Kane to score as he and the Oilers haven’t proved they can be stopped offensively.

Connor McDavid – Points (Over 1.5, -111)

McDavid is tied with Kane and a few others with the second-most points through the first three playoff games. The Oilers’ scoring has been much more spread out than a number of other teams but he has still managed to tally six points. Five of those are assists, but we all know he can score, finishing the regular season with the seventh-most goals (44).

Since McDavid is rolling at two points per game and his linemate Kane and the power play are on fire, the best player in the world should continue to prove his dominance and keep the Oilers on top in the series with a couple of more points, whether it’s at even strength or on the man advantage.

Leon Draisaitl – Anytime Goal-Scorer (Over 0.5, +110)

Leon Draisaitl has been overlooked in the playoff series so far considering he has scored in each game and has four points. The second line of the Oilers which he leads has nine total points between them, but their production has more come on the power play where Draisaitl has scored twice.

It is well known that he made a name for himself in the 2017 Playoffs for the Oilers where he scored 16 points in 13 games before he was a point-per-game player. His three goals and four points are still impressive, and with the Kings faltering in goal, he should be able to pot another goal at five-on-five or on the power play where McDavid always looks to pass him the puck for one-timers.
